Commercial Grounds Maintenance

Our services include commercial maintenance including daily onsite litter pickup and curb-side sweeping, delivery and installation of sod & seeding, maintenance and/or removal trees and stumps, lawn services, including watering, cutting, fertilization and aeration, as well as winter services. Spring cleanup is typically initiated during late March or early to mid-April and includes:
- Pickup of garbage present on site
- Gathering, collecting and disposing of accumulated waste and debris
- Hard rake/ lawn sweep grass-covered areas
- Weeding, cultivating, edging, and cleaning of gardens
- Pruning, cutting back, trimming, and shaping shrubs, bushes, perennials, and hedges
- Turning, fluffing, and evenly spreading existing mulch across garden surfaces
- Pruning/ shaping/ trimming/ cutting back trees (three meters or less in height)
- Pressure washing front entrance and walkway, if requested
- Total job site cleanup, including proper removal and disposal of waste collected
Lawn maintenance and grass cutting begins in mid to late-April and includes:
- Removal and disposal of loose garbage on property prior to cutting grass
- Grass-covered areas cut and trimmed; clippings bagged and disposed of properly
- As-needed service throughout 28 to 30 week growing season
- Weekly visits to assess turf condition
- Maintaining grass height between 2 ¼ to 3 inches
- Trimming grass adjacent to fences, walls, and flowerbeds
- Raking/ blowing and proper disposal of excess grass clippings on walkways and roads
- Weekly assessment of edging
- Removal of saplings growing from tree trunks
Fall Cleanup Is Provided in Late October to Early November and Includes:
- Raking and removing leaves as often as necessary prior to snowfall accumulation
- Removing annual flowers in gardens; weeding, cultivating, edging, and cleaning
- Pickup of garbage present on site
- Gathering, collecting and disposing of all accumulated waste/debris
- Hard raking/ lawn sweeping all grass-covered areas
- Pruning, cutting back, trimming, and shaping shrubs, bushes, perennials, and hedges
- Turning, fluffing, and evenly spreading existing mulch across garden surfaces
- Pruning/ shaping/ trimming/ cutting back trees (3.5 meters or less in height)
- Total job site cleanup including proper removal and disposal of all waste collected
