“During the last four years Tony and his associates at Big Green Property Services have meticulously maintained the property of the Guelph Future Shop/ Best Buy. We have been complimented on several occasions by members of our regional office about how clean the outside of our store is.
The Big Green team is there every morning when I arrive at the store and I’m always acknowledged by a cheerful “good morning”. They are the type of people to go out of their way to help maintain a well-groomed parking lot and surrounding gardens.
In the winter I can count on Tony and his team to have my parking lot cleared of snow prior to store opening, including my car bay where we service customer vehicles and my loading dock where we receive our product. Tony even ensures that the first few parking spots are plowed before doing the rest of the lot so that the opening merchandising manager can park his car, along with his associates.
At Future Shop/ Best Buy we strive every day to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. That experience begins upon their arrival at our property where our lot is clean and cleared of snow, and in some cases salted so that nobody slips.
In addition to all the work Tony and his team do, we appreciate the extra care he takes in putting planters containing beautiful flowers in front of the store every spring. It is because of Tony’s personal touch that our office has asked all locations in Ontario to have flowers in the front of the store as well.
